My name is Andras Erci. I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I'm a woodcarver, woodworker and other things.

I carve almost exclusively freshly fallen, still wet, "green" wood to make bowls, spoons, shrink pots.

The logs I utilize are predominantly sourced from those destined for firewood, scattered across the city, found on Craigslist, or given by friends.

When I get larger logs I'll mill them with my chainsaw for cutting boards, stools, benches, bookshelves, cabinets, side and coffee tables and whatever comes to my mind.
